What UseMyPass is
UseMyPass is a marketplace that helps USC students buy and sell student football ticket transfers from each other. UseMyPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the University of Southern California or USC Athletics. The actual ticket transfer happens on USC's own ticketing system; UseMyPass only facilitates the match and the payment between the two students.
Who can use it
An account requires a valid @usc.edu email address. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
How payment and escrow work
When a buyer pays for a listing, UseMyPass holds the payment (via Stripe) rather than sending it to the seller immediately. Funds are released to the seller once the ticket transfer is verified, or automatically refunded to the buyer if no verified confirmation is received within 24 hours. Once funds are released to a seller, that release is final and cannot be reversed through UseMyPass. A service fee is added to the listed price and charged to the buyer at checkout.
Listings must be real
Listing a ticket you don't actually hold, or that you don't intend to transfer, is prohibited and will result in an account ban. UseMyPass reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, and withhold or reverse payouts in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Private trades
UseMyPass also supports private trades between two people who have already agreed on a price. These trades follow the same escrow, verification, and refund terms as any listing. The only difference is that a private trade isn't shown to other users.
No guarantees
UseMyPass is provided as-is. We do our best to verify transfers accurately, but we don't guarantee that every ticket transfer will complete successfully, and we're not responsible for USC's own ticketing system, its availability, or its policies.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of UseMyPass after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
